An Tobar and Mull Theatre is looking for an exceptional fundraiser and entrepreneurial organisational leader to help shape our next chapter.
Fundraising sits at the heart of this senior role, but the canvas is much bigger. You will help secure significant investment, develop new income and partnerships, strengthen our organisation and its people and turn ambitious capital ideas into fundable plans.
You do not need to have spent your career in the arts. We want to hear from people who have made things happen: built something, changed something, funded something, grown something or spotted an opportunity and turned it into reality.
The role is substantially based on the Isle of Mull, with some hybrid working available. Reasonable relocation support and temporary accommodation may be available.
